Levels 2 and 3 are only offered once a year. This can easily be found on the CFA Program page of the CFAI’s site.

Level 2 & 3 is offered once a year in June. Its always been that way. ( at least that I know of)
Level 1 is offered twice a year. they change that a few years ago.
