How long was the review period for you guys? It’s been about 6 days now for mine.
Also, I’m already a member of the Colorado Society - so I’m not sure why it sent an application there too? I know it says that you simultaneously apply to the local chapter, but like, maybe they should have checked that off too?
I have submitted my application yesterday and got approved for membership 10 hours (!) later (CFA Institute and CFA Society United Kingdom).
Now seems to be a great time to get this out of the way quickly!
Turns out it was because I applied for the affiliate membership like a dummy. My local chapter already called me back and told me to reapply.
