I just failed CFA level 1, and on my score report it looks like I was right below the minimum pass line - pretty excruciating. I’ve seen people discussing their bands, but I can’t find mine anywhere. Where do I find it? I want to see whether or not it’s worth my time and money to give it another go.

I dont think they use bands anymore. I think you need to look at your confidence intervals. Review the pdf on how to interpret your results. The link is on the same page as your results.
Based on the question asked, and the level 1 result, the candidate is most likely to have a negative NPV by additional investment of time and resources in this program.
