this thing is going to just drift lower into the irrelevant ether now while the economy sorts itself out slowly and painfully – the dramatic search for the bottom is over – people will lose interest in stocks totally, and some little 18 year old kid making his first stock investment ever will buy 1 share of GOOG in 2009 sometime and be the guy who bought at the low. thats how the new bull market will be born - anonymous and unloved. how appropriate.
