When business cycle is at peak there is Higher rate of frictional unemployment.Is this statement is true or there is no relationship between business cycle and frictional unemployment?
Frictional Unemployment depends on the employees and is short lived in nature.It will be persistent across all business cycles.So i would suggest there would be minimal relationship between business cycles and frictional unemployment.Correct me if I am wrong.
