How Referral fees should disclose orally or written?

  1. Please create a title that is more informative than “Ethics”. “Disclosure of Referral Fees” springs to mind.
  2. Read the Code and Standards, specifically Standard VI©. If it says that the disclosure must be written, then it must be written. If it doesn’t say that it must be written, then the disclosure may be made verbally.

Nothing is given about disclosure of Referral fees on curriculum. It just says one must informed to their clients about referral fees.
