I am going to attempt level 1 in June, 2018 and done with all topics except economics. I do not have any economics background. based on this fact, how much days will it take to prepare level 1 economics?

Give it at least a week. Maybe two.
2 week are enough for exam level preparation?
There is no one who can give you this info. This is all about how you learn and how easily you absorb content. I for one have found through out my studying that when people said I would be done in two weeks, it at times took me a month just to finish a topic.
