Unfortunately , no , it’s not the case . I know people who got level 1 , and still in the call center ! No one care about level 1 . You might become relevant if you pass level 2 . But it’s a good start tho , we have to keep going . It’s a long road
I thought I will fail due to lack of time (have a demanding job) but I passed and result was far from the minimum score band! Need a brake now and decide if I want to continue.
