For those that have taken the Level 1 exam, I’m wondering how the CFAI orders questions in each topic area. Do they follow the order the LOS are presented or can they be all over the place. For example, in Financial Statement Analysis would it be typical to see questions concerning the calculation of cash flows before questions where you are asked for EPS? I know this is not a big concern, but I want to know what to expect in the exam. I’ve noticed that Qbank seems to give questions in order of the LOS. Thx
Swissarmy, I didn’t notice any rhyme or reason to the ordering of questions within an individual topic area. More generally though, my impression has been that afternoon sessions are more challenging than morning sessions, but this is clearly a subjective observation and others may disagree.
