(Help) Common Probability distributions Question?

Hi Ppls, I having a problem with this Transformation formulas: Rc = In(1 + Ra) e.g if In(1.10) = 0.09531 = 9.531% my question is how do the answer end up to become 0.09531 or 9.531%? *this section is under Stalla Review, Level 1, Study Session 3 - Quantitative Methods 2, pg 3-25. under page 3-31 of the same guide, question 12 is a typical type of question. i uses the transformation formulas and able to get In(1.1333)… but i do not know how to convert into the final answer which is 0.1251 0r 12.51% Thanks ppls

There is a LN button on the left on your calculator (TI BA Plus or TI BA II Plus Professional). On the left beside the 7 button. 1.1333 LN gives you .12513373… To get back to the e^.12513333 enter .12513333 2nd LN gives you 1.13333 LN incidentally means Natural Logarithm of the #. CP

Thanks Cpk 123… Sorry for the dumb dumb question Cheers!
