about double taxation

I thought the Qbank ans should be wrong, pls confirm for me. Which of the following organizational structure is subject to double taxation? A, Proprietorships B, Partnerships C, Proprietorships and Proprietorships D, Corporation I thought the right one should be D, but Ans is A, how do you think about this? Thanks in advance!

When I pulled up the question the answer the correct answer was still A, but A was corporations. Weird.

2008deccfa, maybe you need an update for the Qbank. One session to another, or one version to another, the correct answer changes positions (A instead of D for instance). If you have the current version answer, but an older version Qbank, you might get these "mistakes (because you were actually correct).
