I heard this year its looking at a 92% for L2

Hmm i wud guess its gonna be in btw 62-65%. mah frd last year failed wth Band 7, Ethcs, FRA, Equity, Fixed Income and Quant in btw 51-70%; rest 5 <=50.

62-65% is about right, I would guess the lower end of that range.

Yes, as long as you coverup in other subject so that ur score reaches above MPS.

I still don’t believe last year was 60%… A lot of people felt the exam was easy last year… so if it was so easy, how could the MPS possibly be so low and still have only 43% pass… Redunkulous!

This year was harder than last, I would assume mid 60’s…

according to exam result of one candidate last year, (he passed with ugly matrix) we can infer maximum passing score can’t be above 62%

it is done based on optimistic scenario that from each range, he got the upper bound, 50 70 100.

a friend of mine passed l2 last year with <50 in multiple subject areas (2-4 I believe).

Was a pass last year, but that was a one in a million fluke. This year that breakdown would be a Band 5 or so.

Looks like top scores in Ethics and FRA are the key to passing with otherwise failing scores.
