I believe the date is July 25th.

Its usually always the last Tuesday of the following month after the test

Results are usually announced on Last Tuesday of JULY at 9.00 AM US Time.

So it looks like it would be announced on 25th JULY 2017 at 9.00 AM NY Time. There could be some delay in receiving results in emails.
