Can someone explain to me something to me?

WTF does “(In 100)” or “(In 900,000)” mean??

I don’t understand how the equation goes from:

= -0.2845 + 0.3199(In 100) - 0.1895(0.75)

To…

= -0.2845 + 1.4732 - 0.1421

Obviously I know how they arrive at figures -0.2845 & - 0.1421 but how on earth are they getting 1.4732 from 0.3199(In 100)?They pull this “(In X)” crap on the very next question without any explanation.

Ln is natural logarithm. Your calculator should have such a button.

Gotta ask: how much math have you had in school?

= -0.2845 + 0.3199(In 100) - 0.1895(0.75)

= -0.2845 + 0.3199(Calculator Function “LN” 100) - 0.1895(0.75)

= -0.2845 + 0.3199(4.60517) - 0.1895(0.75)

= -0.2845 + 1.4732 - 0.1421
