I have gone through Mock B today, ending up with a sad 62% after a decent 67% on the first mock two weeks ago instead. I found the morning session pretty hard, with no pension questions in FRA (which usually save my score in that topic) in the overall test -isn’t it weird? Also Equity seemed to me a little less straightforward than Mock A’s (no (or few) questions on FCFF/FCFE/ valuation…) and that’s why my score went down. I didn’t particularly care for the 2018 mocks. They reused old mocks and that inflated my scores because I had already seen several questions. I remember counting 18 questions that I had already seen on the AM session.
I averaged 69% on the mocks two months ago. I think those mocks feel like the test. It’s not strange that theres no pension questions. They cant test everything. Every mock you take there wont be some topic.
