Capital accumulation affects the level of output but not the growth rate in the long run- on page 642. is this actually trying to say capital accumulation is a shift along the curve whereas tfp pushes that curve out?
i guess my question really is what is the difference between capital accumulation and capital deepening. seems to me like the same thing
Those two terms sounds analogous
