Total Cash Outflow Related to Post-Employment Costs

If you are asked to calculate the total cash outflow related to post-employment costs with a defined benefit plan and a health care plan. What do you include? (Company uses IFRS)

Are there diagrams that give other post employment benefits or are you referring to pension related costs only? If the latter since I can’t see what exhibits are given…
