Hi. I wanted to ask if in a question the concerned person does not abide by one of the recommended procedures, would it still amount to violation ? Eg. In Standard 3B, one of the recommended procedure is disclose level of services offered. If the CFA fails to do so, would it still amount to a violation ? Also this applies to all recommended procedures ? Apologise, if the question sounded foolish.
