Is it true that level 2 and level 3 exams will be twice a year?

I’m re-taking the level 2 exam in June 2019 and I think I read it on Reddit some time ago that CFAI is thinking of doing all the exams twice a year in the very near future. So I was wondering could that start in December 2019?

Any ideas, or maybe you know something about this?

There was an AMA on reddit with someone from the Institute. If I recall correctly, they said they were considering making them twice a year but nothing is official yet.
