Goals till June 2019

Hello Guys,

Let me know if my goals for June 2019 sound too much.

- Pass Level 2

- Lose 30-40 pounds

- Kick ass at my day job, I am a team leader training and building a new team, so my work hours are like 50 hours/week. 

- Learn cooking some quick healthy food so stop eating out.

How much do you weigh? If we’re talking 30-40 lbs = 10%.. ok and in that case throwing some salads in while you study might just about get you there. If 30-40 lbs = 20%+.. goodluck.

It’s the inverse of a portfolio. If you want to earn $20, it’s a lot easier if you only need 10% returns than if you need 20% returns. 

Jokes aside, nice goals. You should buy a pressure cooker. You can make shredded chicken/pork/beef to put on top of your salads/quinoa/etc for a whole week in an hour. I don’t know about everyone else but cooking every night while I had to study was a pretty big challenge, so I’d say go the pressure cooker route for easy cleanup, fast and healthy meals, etc.

I had to lose 20 pounds since I joined this role but gained another 15 pounds afterwards. I guess I should focus on losing weight like 10 pound quickly first then focus on CFA.

  • Eggs, veggies, and lean meat for breakfast.
  • Salad with lean meat for lunch. 
  • 1 hour workout with mix of cardio and weights. Protein shake for recovery.
  • Quinoa bowl with lean protein and veggies for dinner. 
  • Snack on veggies and hummus.
