pass Cfa level 2 exam only use of cfa Institute material. That means cfa Institute curriculum example , end of chapter questions, online assessment ( questions available on CFA Institute website) and cfa Institute mock exam along with Prep providers video lecture. This is sufficient to pass cfa level 2 exam. Or use any third party material.
agreed - I think the curriculum is clearly sufficient, especially if you want to truly and thoroughly read and synthesize the material. Others may look for a more efficient approach - but I prefer the slower pace to better absorb the material. Then again, I haven’t sat for part 2 yet - will do so in June. However, the CFA Level II material seems to be substantially more similar to the FRM material’s content than the CFA Level I.
