I was planning on buying QBank from Craigslist via Paypal. Has anyone done this, if not QBank, than any other link that can only be used once? Just want to see if there are any safeguards to take or do I have to blindly trust someone to send me a link after he gets $20, or if he sends it but has already used the link.
Is he sending you a link, or a username and password?
