Don’t know if someone has mentioned it before, but I was looking over the Schweser notes on this section and they don’t mention anything about using the binomial model to value a bond with a capped floater. The CFAI books mention this topic as well as how to value a step-up. This is a good topic for a tricky question during the test, so just thought I’d mention it for those who are only using Schweser.
