Can someone list out what situations require written permission from the employer / clients (Ethics) Some where I saw that an analyst was offered, by the client, to use guest house if he attains some %age returns. I believe, if the analyst simply informs the employer of this, he is in compliance. But does this require written permission from employer? Answer says it requires written permission. Just to be sure, if anyone has list of such things, please list out for benefit of those who are confused. Thanks in advance.
