Any use doing CFAI Papers prior to 2007?

Just want to check with those guys who have done papers before 2007 (i.e. 2006, 2005, 2004) etc., has the curriculum changed a lot since then? Any value add in doing those papers? Trying to judge between doing them or reading blue-box examples. Thanks!!

You can learn what snake bite means and it sounds way cooler than it is. I wouldn’t go back past 2007 for sure.

I don’t see the point in going back that far.

I have done 2003-2010AM and at least they are better than schweser’s exam.

I did to 2001. 2005 and prior were much more difficult than more recent. Mostly same concepts just asked in ways I hadn’t seen before.

2006 2007 2009 2010 simple I think this year will be simple too pass rate in2001 82% pass rate in2006 78% pass rate in2011 ?
