What is the reasonable basis?
It came out on Monday last year and is released 10 weeks after the exam date.

My mistake.
L I and II did come out on Tues 26th July in 2011 but L III came out on Wed 17th August so I’ll change that to Wed 15th August 2012 at 9 am ET.
