Who else used a pencil on AM section?

I did per feedback from CFAI correspondence found on AF, but want to make sure I’m not the only one!

I thought the thing says explicitly, use blue or black ink pen…

Using pencil is fine - I think one time CFAI made a point on it.

I cannot remember what I used back then, although it could be very likely a pen.

solution: erasable pen. pen but with the comfort of being able to erase - although I haven’t found a pen that’s actually really good at erasing… although they give you so many pages for your answers that it’s easier to just cross out and then continue writing.

i used pencil, CFA replied my email said yes

i thought they mention blue/ black pens only…

and my hands got smerge with ink halfway thru… gosh

They say you have to use a pen in their instructions but I recall when the guy was verbally reading them out before the exam he broke from the script and said if we wrote in pencil it would be fine.
