If someone can try the following steps to see if they have the same issue. I have tried this on Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.

Log in and Navigate to “Become a Member” / “View My References”

then select “Return to Managed Account”

Does the next page load for you? The page won’t load for me. Then I try logging back in and I can’t. Then I switch to a new browser and log in just fine. I repeated the process for the other browsers now I can’t login on any of them!
