level 1 and 2 went up big and it was significant enough that they moved the date of 2018 exam… on the other hand…Ramadan people (under enormous pressure and stress from fasting) may have systematically lowered the curve for everyone else

this is wishful thinking. they’re not going to mess with the integrity to push through some marginal candidates 1 year. they make no gaurantees in curriculum changes when you sign up. I highly doubt Ramadhan had a material affect on exam results and if it did have a negative affect, it would decrease the pass rate, not increase it.

from what I understood, exam was little bit difficult than 2016, so it will be same rate or +/- 1%
