Time Commitment for References

Hi all,

Just found out I got the pass (barely). Does anyone know how much time it takes the professional references to fill in what is required? I’m debating which bosses to ask and am going to tailor appropriately if it takes longer than 15-30 minutes, etc.

I have two of my three references completed. Both took about 15 minutes to complete the form.

10-15 minutes is about right. I told my references to not worry about a lengthy description… just 2-3 sentences would do. My work experience description was quite long but I did not think that much detail was needed from them.
