my max of 89.1% is 96th percentile…

Am I right that percentiles are calculated on the sample of the candidates who input the results and as the process of analysis just started this will change?

Isn’t the sample also biased downward as unsuccessful candidates are more interested in the feedback than those who passed (and don’t care any more)?
