I am contenplating if I should persuit L3 this year or focus on a career change this year.
Currently working as a relationship manager communicating my company’s Investment strategy and I would like to move more info to doing the actual research and not only communicate it. ( I will not be able to this at my firm, due to the research department being based in the US).
Based in London.
Thoughts?
If i were you i would finish what i have started. Its better to complete the L3 while the momentum is still there. Seeking better opportunities in your career is an ongoing thing, and on completing the L3 you would be better qualified to take up a research/analyst role.
If it’s not a question of time, focusing on career change vs. studying, going for Level 3 and actually passing can only help you, not hurt you IMO.
