I am wondering why the answer said fixed income is outside the tolerance band as it is currently weighted at 45% and the target allocation is 40%. The corridor widths set at ± 10%. Should be within the band?
Corridor widths are relative to the target: ±10% of 40% is ±4%, or 36% – 44%.
