I have no interest in FRM but I’m giving real thought to CAIA and CIPM.

You can do both levels on th same day 8-12 then 2-6. It’s a long day and the exams are every six months. They will grade level 1 and If you don’t pass, they will not look at level 2. People have done it.

i did level 1 last nov and studying for level 2 now. It’s a good way to keep me occupied waiting for results. If I pass or fail it is also more motivation in trying to pass this.

There are a lot more FRMs maybe circa 50k but most are USA, India and China. You can search by your city on the GARP site to see how many of them are in your area. I found that useful. It is a growing certification. PRM also waives two of their four exams for cfa Charterholders and one is pretty easy (case studies with 80% pass rate) so you may want to consider this route. Personally, I feel FRM is more global and PRM is more USA centric.
