Passed - and now?

Hi, fortunately I got positive results today: I passed the Level III exam.

Can someone tell me if a certificate will be sent to these candidates? When I need to pay the annual fees and at which point of time I am allowed to use the CFA in my email signature?

Yes, you need to satisfy the work experience, apply ont he CFAI website for both the CFAI membership and also apply to a local chapter (you don’t actually have to join in the long-run, but you do have to apply). Once you are approved by both, you will receive an email, at which point you finish the process, pay the fees and receive your charter.
