Question about the fees to get the charter

Hi

I passed level 3 this past june and my work experience was recently approved. So I just have to pay the fees to become a charterholder. I know the CFA Institute fee ($275) is obviously unavoidable but do I have to pay the fee every year to be part of my local society (NY in my case, $250)? or the latter is just a one time fee?

Trust me, it’s worth it. The local societies will do more for you than CFA Institute regarding networking, education, etc :slight_smile:
