Are you allowed to say that you passed the level 2 exam with “one of the highest scores in a certain topic” if you scored, say above 90% tile in that topic?

Good question. As the phrase “one of the highest scores” is intentionally vague, one could argue that anyone could make the same claim, and that, therefore, you aren’t allowed to do so. One could also argue that because it is so vague, it’s not demonstrably false, and, because you’re allowed to make truthful statements, it’s OK.
