Hello friends. What is this ‘non-voting common stock’? Does it have a nominal value just because there are no voting rights?
It doesnt have immediately value but it takes on the appreciation because it is common shares. The preferred votin shares don’t appreciate in value as far as I see, or not to the same extent.
