IPS AMs Unique and regulatory: "none to generalize about, other than..." (will you get full credit?)

For instance UMIFA, ERISA, or trust documents in the case of a PWM question. we have to list these, correct?

I just took a schweser mock and the guideline answer was “none in particular” to a legal/regulatory question, where i put “none to generalize about, other than Foundations are governed by UMIFA” . did i get that wrong?

admittedly, there was no reference in the case to any sort of legal/reg issue. i just thought it was good practice to mention ERISA UMIFA and trust docs for individuals if theres a trust. or the prudent investor rule. or RBC/AVR measures. isnt it best practice to write out each time?
