Shortcuts in AM

This has to be the most over-asked question, but I need peace of mind. Can we use any of the following?

Arrows (to indicate up or down in value)

= (As a replacement for therefore)

The three dots (As a replacement for therefore)

Using commonly known abbreviations (MV for Market Value, rf (f subscript) for risk-free)

Draw graphs to indicate a relationship (i.e., If i need to show that rolling 3 year average will be less than a simple spending rule)

Any answers would be amazing. In particular, the 3 dots to signify therefore. I have used that so much in my practice and am not worried I can’t which may slow down my time significantly.
