Tip for quick brain reset during break between exams

I would like to share with you a tip for brain reset before PM part.

You know how AM session can be tiring - probably 3rd am is the worst (I am candidate) so to be fresh for a 2nd part I can suggest Wim Hof breathing exercise - 2 sets should be enough

I was doing it for last couple of days in breaks between sessions and simple 15 minutes is resetting you completely.
