OK so if I see ‘Email Sent’ beside the name of my professional referees, why didn’t they receive any email?

Is it not some automatic process, is someone personally managing it? How long does it take for them to receive the email?

There is no stage for “email received”. Once it is sent, it is in their inbox provided you didn’t make a mistake in inputting their email. It will give them a link to a brief survey online where they answer some questions from a drop down list and a small space to write something about you. Once it is submitted you will get another email notifying you that the reference form from that particular person has been completed and submitted.

I thought so. I must have screwed up sth ao I already emailed CFAI and asked them what I had done wrong.
