OK to use 2019 Schweser books for 2020 exam?

Wondering if it would be OK to use my 2019 Schweser books and material for the 2020 Level 3 exam? I can’t imagine the curriculum will be that much different but how can one check?

A clear and personalized study plan is here! Schweser's upgraded content and redesigned study platform are exactly what you need to pass the Level III exam. Save 10% when you preorder a Premium Package for a limited time.

This time, pls hit them hard. Give them everything you’ve got. Get it done in 2020. Do whatever it takes. And that will be a sure pass.

Oh ****! That’s a ridiculous amount of changes! Thanks so much for this!

No.

If you're the first out the door, that's not called panicking

Nah, Don’t

I’d strongly advise against it, not because of its staleness but Schweser’s oversimplified approach to L3, IMHO.

No. The curriculum changed a lot this year and Schweser notes is not good enough for L3.

Stick to the CFAI books. It’s a lot to read but definitely worthy.

I completely agree! And this is why I have to retake level 3 next year…I was a little blindsided on exam day as the Schweser notes were not extensive enough!

Passed primarily using Schweser, but remembered that I had to supplement that by a whole lot of other things. Still, didn’t have a clue on how to answer some AM questions. If you have other better options, would be good to try I think. Or if you have the time and determination to digest the CFAI, would be best.
