BloombergPrep Level III 2020- anyone else perplexed?

Anyone else studying with BloombergPrep? Are you at all perplexed that after paying for the service, the ‘support’ tell you that the website will only be updated by the end of December 2019 to reflect the curriculum changes for Level III in June 2020?

I used BloombergPrep for Level II, and found it fine- however for those of you who start early (Sept-Oct), how can this be at all acceptable?

Comments please.

Blessing in disguise. Studying too early is no bueno.

I’m also enrolled with BloombergPrep for level 3.

If you want to study that bad, I suggest you first read all the CFAI books, then use Bloomberg to review and practice.

I disagree that studying early is no bueno. Everyone has his/her own circumstances and abilities and that should be your guide as to when you start studying. If you have a family or if you’re working ~60+ hour weeks, then I think starting early makes sense. If family/ work gives you the opportunity to tailor your schedule then maybe you want to start later. I am in the former camp so I started in mid-October last year. I got through about 1/3 of the curriculum by Jan 1st without too much trouble/stress. This made the final 2/3 much more manageable and led to a comfortable pass.

Thanks Maverick. I work ~60/wk in dcm + travel + family obligations, so I’m in a similar boat you were in.

For those who care on Bloomberg Prep, you can still get started on the material now, they’ll tell you which readings haven’t changed from last year, and are ‘safe’ to start with.

i hope some of my post is useful.

the real power of bloomberg is their 10 mock exams that can be print out !
