Hi, Does anybody know whether answering Sponsor Statements 6,7 and 8 (Construct and rebalance portolfios? Value and recommend assets? At least 50% of time spent on the above?) as “Yes” is a prerequisite for receiving the Charter? The Job Categories list provided include Compliance Officer, Relationship Manager, etc. who would presumably answer “No” to these questions yet are still eligible for the Charter. Has anybody answered “No” to these and received their Charter, or have other insights? Thanks for your help. Tim.
You can answer no to all 3 of those questions and still get the charter.
