You can knock out both in a day pat. AMC runs around 40 pages. Use Schweser for GIPS. Approximately 70 pages.

Yes. Asset Manager Code. ; )
Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct. It’s an extension of the Code of Ethics - but applicable for asset managers. Code and Standards hold but it requires extra duties basically. No one is going to fail!!! Not allowed.

2005 is the last time they updated the code and standards. The AMC is based on the COE and Standards of Professional Conduct. It is basically just another format that can help you review.

feeling good, let’s get this over with! i’m also still horrible at gips, think i’ll spend some time w/ that today, then grade/review the 07 i just took. didn’t seem so bad.
