What does 'least likely' means?

It appears in several Ethics questions.

I particularly enjoyed the: Which of the folloing presentation would least likely prevent firm from being in compliance with GIPS?

It means the general topic is so easy that they test maker has to use convoluted wording that only a dyslexic sociopath can understand. Or, which of the choices has the lowest probability.

Yeah, I hate this expression. Checked, and its not in the CFA Command Word Dictionary. http://www.aimr.org/cfaprog/courseofstudy/commandwords.html So, the easiest way is to say which of the given choices is incorrect? BTW, just noted the picture on the CFAI website has changed to folks getting ready to take the exam.
