FRM level 1 passable with 2 month study time?

Hi all,

I am looking for advice - I have recently passed CFA level 3. I have a lot of free time at the moment, not working. For FRM level 1 exam takers, do you think it is possible to pass the FRM level 1 exam if I study full time for 2 months? How many hours would you recommend I dedicate to studying for the exam?

Conceptually at least 50%overlap between cfa l1 n l2 with FRM part 1

Thanks Deal Clincher - received my books from GARP yesterday, going to start studying on Monday. Looks like I will have to buy practice questions from a 3rd party prep providers as not many questions in the GARP books - so far planning on going with Wiley

Garp does have a Part I practice exam available for free, which is interactive through their study center.
