Can I defer exam before 15 october if I deferred it before? As I know FRM gave you only 1 deferral option throughout the FRM. Has it changed?
I think you are only allowed to defer once per registration - pretty sure nothing has changed.
Per registration you mean per enrollment or per exam?
Once per enrollment and payment of exam fees.
