I am worried about the non-delivery as I will be out of town soon in late April. Anybody knows if GARP will deliver the Certificate by Fedex or any means of courier so that I can keep track of the delivery progress online easily?
They delivery through UPS may be email GARP and ask for tracking number if they have any.
